The Sales Producer plays a key role in growing the business by building strong relationships with prospective clients and selling a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance. This individual manages inbound leads and referrals as well as generates new business through outbound prospecting. Success is driven by meeting sales goals while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Follow up promptly on inbound high quality leads

• Generate referrals

• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities

• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers

• Maintain accurate client records and document follow-up activities

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Must have an active California Insurance License in P&C

• Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensing in 30 days

• Prior Insurance or sales experience preferred

• Self-motivated and eager to learn
